Make this consistently for your lady, a smoothie can go a loooong way!

It’s scary to think some will slip women a roofie just to get laid, but those boneheads still keep trying.  For those of you with a question mark on your forehead, a roofie is short for rohypnol, or more commonly known as the “date rape” drug.  I have a better ingredient to slip in her drink, and it can help you get laid without risk of a 20 year jail sentence:  make her a smoothie.

Not every Cook This…Get Laid recipe needs to be prepared on a stove, and this one can be done in less than five minutes.  Every woman loves to drink smoothies – they are low in calories, fills us up and makes us feel like we’re doing something good for our bodies.  So when you fill a blender with frozen berries, protein powder, bananas and dates – add one more ingredient: BIG LEAFY GREENS.

Fruit masks the flavor of those bitter goodies, I promise she won’t even taste them.  She also gets a hefty dose of nutrients from spinach, parsley, kale, chard or any leafy green vegetable you choose.  The color might be a little unappetizing at first, but after taking a sip – she’ll never know there’s a large handful of good greens in it.

Here’s what’ll happen to you a few days or weeks after consistently making these fruit/veggie smoothies. 1.)  She’ll feel a thousand times better after unknowingly ingesting antioxidants on a regular basis.  2.)  Her skin will start to glow.  3.) She’ll have an increase in energy too – so you both can put this benefit to good use.  4.)  You start to look like Brad Pitt for taking the time to prepare this for her every day.  5.)  She’ll reward you for it.

The Green Monster Movement has some good healthy recipes, the Blueberry-Banana Green Monster is fantastic.  Below is one of my own that I’ve been drinking for years that’s sure to win her over.

Keep in mind, this is only a start to romancing her.  For those of you just getting to know this person, obviously this won’t be a daily occurrence.  And those of you married/living together can utilize this tip!  But fresh smoothies are a real treat regardless of your relationship status.   But have a look at my help page anyways to make sure you get off on the right foot.

Mona’s Blueberry Suprise Smoothie

  • 2 handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (your choice of milk, but almond is fantastic and adds a slight sweetness in a smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein powder (order Nutiva through, or use any protein powder that does NOT have a lot of filler)
  • 2 dates-pitted, they help make it sweet
  • 1/2 cup (frozen) blueberries

Put everything in your blender/Magic Bullet/Vita Mix – whatever you have on hand.  I blend everything for a minute with a Bullet, or however long it takes to make sure those berries and spinach are pulverized!
