Juicy Bubbly, Watermelon & Champagne

Fill a flute three-quarters high, then top off with watermelon juice.

I love champagne. But I also love variety. As do most women. And the orange juice, champagne combination is old. And it’s time for a change.

My husband came up with what I’m calling the Juicy Bubbly while making watermelon popsicles. He saw a single serving of leftover champagne in the fridge. After filling a flute three quarters high, he topped it off with the watermelon juice.

If you’re not a watermelon fan, use a splash of grapefruit juice. Or fresh basil. Or fresh mint.

Simple solutions are genius in a glass.
