I’ve eaten this recipe twice in the last week. It has five ingredients and takes nine minutes to prep/cook. And sometimes you just have to let the pictures speak.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cloves garlic peeled
  2. 1 tablespoon salt
  3. 2 stalks of rosemary, removed from stem
  4. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, preferably not olive oil
  5. 6 lamb chops
Instructions
  1. Chop the first three ingredients until it becomes a paste. At least 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spread on one side of the lamb chops.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet or thick pan on medium high. Add oil, then lamb chops, seasoned side down.
  4. Allow each side to get a good sear, so don't move it around. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes each side. But if you prefer a more well-done chop, leave it on for longer and flip it with tongs when you're ready.
